Refund Policy
The company offers full refunds to its customers in the event of the following two conditions, without any exceptions:
- When the order is prepaid and lost in transit. The same order must be marked as “lost” by the shipping company while the company tracks the order’s status.
- When a prepaid order is not delivered within 15 working days of order placed due to non-serviceable Pincode or a natural calamity. The shipping company updates the same status in the tracking status of the order.
**Return and Refund Policy**
We provide a 24-hour return and refund policy for our products, under the following conditions:
1. **Unused Condition**: The product must be in its original, unused condition.
2. **Notification**: You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
3. **Return Window**: The product must be returned within 2-3 days of delivery.
4. **Refund Processing**: Once we receive the returned product, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
