For replacement or exchange, the customer must record an unboxing video starting from the sealed package, clearly showing the seal from both sides. The package must remain untampered before making a claim. The video will only be considered valid if the seals are intact at the beginning; otherwise, no claims will be entertained.

At Shynzo.com, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, certain categories have specific policies regarding returns and replacements.
 

1. Eligibility for Replacements

 
Time Frame: Any issues with your product must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
 
Proof Requirement: An unboxing video is required as proof to process any replacement & Exchange request. This video must clearly show the product’s condition at the time of unboxing.
 

2. Return Process

 
Reporting: Contact our customer service team via WhatsApp at 99993 22567 immediately upon noticing an issue. Provide necessary details along with the unboxing video.
 
Quality Check: Upon receiving the returned product, we will conduct a quality check to verify the reported issue.
 
Action Taken: If the issue is confirmed, further steps will be communicated accordingly.
 

3. Fashion Category (Sunglasses, Wallets, Belts, etc.)

 
We do not offer replacements, refunds, or exchanges for items in the Fashion category, including sunglasses, wallets, belts, and other premium accessories. However, in exceptional cases where the concern is genuine, a return may be considered.
 
Exceptional Cases: If a return is approved under an exceptional circumstance, a charge of Rs.500 will apply to cover forward shipping, return shipping, handling, and packaging costs.
 
Reason for Charge: The brand box often gets bent or damaged during returns, leading to product wastage, which is why the charge is higher.
 

4. Exceptions

 
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer are not eligible for any return.
 
Any request made after 24 working hours from delivery will not be considered.
 

5. Post-Usage Liability

 
Once a product has been used, we are not liable for any damage or issues that arise.
 

6. Prepaid Orders After Shipment

 
If a prepaid order has already been shipped, the amount will not be refunded.
 
A Rs.149 shipping charge will apply if the product needs to be reshipped.
 

7. Shipping Fees – Non-Refundable

 
Shipping fees are non-refundable and cannot be carried forward for any returns.
 

8. Charges for Returns

 
Phone Cases/Screen Protectors & Mobile Accessories: Reverse charges: Rs.149, Forward shipping: Rs.99.
